- It is a small spring that pools in a maybe 12"x8" little spot that you can get a pump in to pump water into a container. Or there is a PVC pipe that is placed at the edge of that small puddle that drains water down the pipe where you can fill a 1L water bottle within about 45 seconds or so. Its not bad, but not great either. Gets the job done and from what I heard on the trail, its pretty consistent.
